Hello:

A student has asked me to give a brief teaching on end times. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that I haven’t forgotten about it. I am currently working it and hope to have it posted soon. I promise. 🙂

Most of my former students know that I have avoided teaching this subject. I have always said that if they could handle a study through Daniel, then we could do one on the book of Revelation. No class ever made it through that condition. Now, what I am preparing isn’t a study of the book of Revelation. It is, rather, a teaching about the theology of eschatology (study of last things). Specifically rapture timing. That is correct, isn’t it June?

The difficulty in putting this together is forming it in a way that it isn’t simply a regurgitation of the Moody Bible Handbook of Theology. This book, by the way, is one that I would highly recommend everyone purchase. It gives a good explanation of theologies, and also of the different types of heresies. Anyway, my goal is to have it up before I go to bed this Sunday.

In the meantime, I will post Bible study helps and some other recommendations that I think everyone will find beneficial. Look for them in the next day or two.
